If you love to craft and love reality television, have we got a show for you! NBC is debuting Making It on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at 10pm EST. A competition with eight contestants, Making It will have two projects each episode to help determine who has the skills to make it to the end of the series. Think of it as the crafting version of Survivor!
There will be eight contestants participating including OttLite friend Amber Kemp-Gerstel of the crafting blog Damask Love. Amber has been keeping her participation on the show a secret for about a year and how she’s ready to celebrate the first ever major network crafting show.
Amber will be hosting a Making It watch party in her hometown on July 31st with her friends and family. Joann Fabric and Crafts and OttLite are partnering with Amber for her party which will include a crafting area - and OttLite will be supplying all the lamps!
While you’re watching the Making It debut episode, be sure to join us on Twitter as we live tweet during the episode. Remember to use the hashtags #OttLite and #MakingIt. Amber will be on social media as well that

Winners have until Saturday, 8/4/18 at 12pm EST to respond back or a new winner will be selected.
